In 1989, Sergio Ravasio – making the most of his background in the family business, as well as his wide-ranging experience in the world of coffee – established a company for the marketing of coffee blends featuring the "Ravasio Caffè" branding.

 

In 2013, demand was such that the production plant had to be replaced with a new, high-capacity, eco-friendly roasting system. And after a new ingredients storage facility was constructed, allowing for global monitoring of the production processes.

 

Having attained both Organic and Fair Trade certification, Ravasio Caffè now constitutes a benchmark in the world of coffee.

At Ravasio, it all starts with the bean. Our obsession with selecting the finest raw coffee beans is the foundation of every perfect roast. From origin to service, each step is crafted for excellence in your cup.

Brazil, India, Colombia, Central America, Ethiopia and the Caribbean: every heavy jute sack has a singular story to tell, rich in flavours just waiting to be rediscovered day after day, cup after cup.

After having sifted the beans using vibrating sieves, the coffee is carefully packaged and sealed by fully automated machines. Specific hermetic packages safeguard the final blend in such a way as to keep its aroma and flavour fully intact.
